Townhill
Townhill Medical Practice, a large practice located in Surrey, serves the local community.
Forfront was called in to streamline and ensure reliability of communications between patients and doctors during clinical hours.
We created an application which enables any staff members to take calls from patients ensuring that messages are passed on and dealt with by the right person and in an appropriate time period.
We also created a public website based on NHS design guidelines which help the public communicate and view information around the clock. This also includes a repeat prescription ordering facility.
To further enhance internal efficiency Townhill also enjoys an intranet including a central staff holiday/meeting room booking, internal contact information, technical document database and more.
